Co-Curricular Club Application

Students wishing to propose and seek approval for a new co-curricular club may do so by completing this Co-Curricular Club Application form. All clubs are subject to approval by the building principal and must operate in compliance with Board Policy 444, Policy 444 - Admin Guidelines, Board Policies, Administrative Guidelines, the Family Handbook, and all school rules. An administrator will be in contact to discuss applications after they are submitted.
